At the noontime of 1st December,2015,the Primary Section of Anqing Foreign Language School convened the 2015 Summary Commendation Congress regarding Teachers’ On-The-Job Training.
In the first place,teacher representatives Madam Cheng Xi and Mr. Fang Longxing affectionately expressed what they learnt,did,thought and acquired during the training,independent study in addition to the teaching plan presentation.
In the second place,Director with Primary Section Mr. Zhao Xinlong conducted the overall summary,affirmed teachers’ positive attitude&excellent performance,pointed out the inadequacy in the teaching plan presentation process as well as announced the results of the event.
In the third place,Principal Madam Huang Zuning with the Primary Section issued certificates and professional books for teachers.She felt gratified at their experience,toughening and promotion.Furthermore,Principal Madam Huang Zuning hoped all staff would continue the spirit of exploration and enjoy the pleasure in the daily teaching post.
In summary,teachers’ response were tremendous after the conference.Also,they all expressed that they were determined to study professional books assiduously from now on,continuously improve their teaching theoretical levels so that they would gain from professional growth in the teaching practice.
